• All prices are shown in the local currency and include VAT unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed securely through our certified payment providers
• You are responsible for ensuring all booking information is correct
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us

3. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and change conditions vary depending on the specific hotel and booking type:

• Each hotel's specific cancellation policy is clearly stated at the time of booking
• Fees may apply upon cancellation in accordance with the hotel's policy
• Changes must be made through your Linnker profile or by contacting customer service
• Late check-in or early departure does not entitle you to a refund

4. User responsibility

As a user of Linnker you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Respect the hotel's rules and guidelines
• Not use the service for illegal or unauthorised purposes

5. Linnker's liability

Linnker acts as an intermediary and cannot be held liable for:

• The hotel's services, facilities or experiences
• Changes made by the hotel
• Force majeure events
• Loss or damage during your stay

We strive to display accurate information but cannot guarantee the completeness or currency of all hotel details.

6. Intellectual property

All content on Linnker, including text, graphics, logos and software, is protected by copyright and belongs to Linnker ApS or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify content without written permission.

7. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute shall be resolved by the Danish courts.
